Wilmington, Del.-based DuPont has rebranded its long-time Zodiaq quartz surfacing and added it to the Corian Design family of products, services, and design solutions.
The company says the quartz product continues to be owned by DuPont, but it will be rebranded as Corian Quartz.
“The move from DuPont Zodiaq to Corian Quartz will better align the product to the brand’s design principles and allow Corian Design to more efficiently and effectively communicate the product offering to the market,” Julie Eaton, global business director for Corian Design, says in a statement at the Kitchen and Bath Industry Show.
In addition to the name change, the quartz product will be available in bolder designs, textures, and aesthetics, the company says. The line currently offers 52 colors. Customers can expect to start seeing Corian Quartz in the market effective immediately, and the company has kicked off a new ad campaign Corian Design – Make Your Space.
The company says all product warranties, properties, and quality of service customers previously experienced with DuPont Zodiaq remain unchanged with Corian Quartz. The newly rebranded Corian Design moves forward with the goal of helping customers make statements or make spaces that are “uniquely you.”
