One week before Duravit Design Week and 200th anniversary, the international bathroom design brand unveiled the Universal Console range, a completely customizable line of bathroom consoles.

“The new Universal Console range offers something for everyone,” says Duravit USA President Tim Schroeder. “With a diverse selection of sizes, finishes, and combinations, the series provides a widely appealing bathroom solution for differing lifestyles, preferences, and budgets.”

The Universal Console can take on design elements of seven of Duravit’s other ranges, meaning that it can be specified to match a client’s favorite Duravit sink, toilet, or tub, the company says. The console is compatible with Duravit’s L-Cube, Vero, Happy D.2, Delos, DuraStyle, Ketho, and XLarge lines. It is available in thicknesses of 1⅛ inch or 1¾ inch and depths of 18 ⅞ inch or 21⅝ inch.

Consoles come in various sizes and drawer configurations and can support above-counter washbasins or Duravit vanity units. They are available in 32 different finishes, including high-gloss options such as apricot pearl and stone blue and real wood veneers.

Duravit will continue to celebrate its 200th anniversary with more product launches during Duravit Design Week from October 10 through 12.
