Stone veneer manufacturer and installer Environmental StoneWorks has introduced a new Barn Wood product that combines the natural look of wood with the easy installation of stone veneer.
“It’s all about staying ahead of the trends,” says David Barrett, vice president of product development and marketing for Environmental StoneWorks. “Barn Wood, combined with our existing beautiful, modern profiles, offer residential and commercial builders the ‘wow’ they’ve been asking for to really make their projects stand above the crowd.”
The Reclaimed Barn Wood profile is molded from pre-Civil War tobacco barn wood. "We focused on the details that make reclaimed wood what it is: old and rugged-looking, all the way down to the most intricate details of the grain," the company says. "We wanted it to look as if you'd pick up a splinter if you rubbed your hand across it."
It's available in antique white, blackened oak, deadwood, and red oak.
