Affordable bath brand Sterling has introduced its first freestanding bathtub collection.
Freestanding tubs are hot right now as the products have become the must-have feaure in spa-inspired bathrooms. Their shapely forms inject instant drama into any space, and they give consumers and designers flexibility for placement.
But soaking tubs are usually pricey, which is why Sterling says its new Spectacle is a game-changer. “Designed with elegance and comfort in mind, the new freestanding bath delivers on the exceptional quality and affordable price point.”
Available in two sizes including 32 by 60 inches (water capacity of 65 gallons) and 34 by 66 inches (water capacity of 79 gallons), the unit features sloped lumbar support for an enhanced bathing experience.
Each unit has a bathing depth of 17¼ inches and bath stepover height of 23¼ inches, and each accommodates deck or floor-mounted faucets. Other features include an integral overflow and a textured bottom surface. The offset center drain is toe-touch activated and comes in Polished Chrome.
“A centerpiece for any bathroom aesthetic, Spectacle is protected by a 10 year limited residential warranty and a three year limited commercial warranty, assuring the owner of many years of relaxing in style to come,” the company says.
