The numbers are in, and Construction Week 2017 saw about 80,000 home builders, remodelers, developers, and designers who attended to see cool materials and innovative products. These 14 caught our eye.

Exhibit space was expanded this year to 569,000 square feet—nearly 20 percent larger than last year—to accommodate a growing number of exhibitors, which totaled more than 1,500 on the show floor and in the outdoor exhibition areas, NAHB said in a press release.

“The home building industry turned out in force for this event,” said Geoff Cassidy, NAHB vice president of exhibitions and meetings. “The exhibits were tremendous, and as our already-strong education program continues to expand, we saw many more builders take advantage of some great sessions.”

According to NAHB, there was a big demand for tech products, especially related to automation and energy efficiency. Other trends included cabinet innovation, colored appliances, large sliding glass doors, and customization in all things.

Here are 14 of the many products that caught our attention.
