Bora-Care with Mold-Care

Developed in the aftermath of a challenging Atlantic hurricane season and the widespread flooding that came with it, Bora-Care with Mold-Care brings together two powerful active ingredients that serve as either a remedial or preventative on-site wood application treatment against mold and fungi growth, as well as other wood destroying organisms, when applied per label. Mold-Care (didecyl dimethyl ammonium chloride or DDAC) works to kill any existing mold and decay fungi, while Bora-Care (disodium octaborate tetrahydrate or DOT) inhibits their future growth. A wood preservative with insecticidal, fungicidal and moldicidal properties, Bora-Care with Mold-Care can help protect a home from new construction or be an essential step in restoring an existing home once flood waters recede, all without resorting to soil poisons or structural fumigants.
