Italian appliance brand Tecnogas Superiore says its Next TriFuel range is the first product of its kind that offers the precision of gas burners, the convenience and efficiency of induction, and the luxury of an easy-clean electric griddle in one unit.
“By combining our best engineering skills with a love for food, we were able to develop a cooking product that goes above and beyond what is expected,” says Antonio Di Tommaso, CEO of Tecnogas. “We are truly proud of the Next TriFuel range and the cooking flexibility it offers.”
Designed exclusively for the North American market, the 48-inch freestanding range features four induction zones with turbo boost, an 18,000-BTU gas-power burner with simmer capability at 750 BTU, a 6,500-BTU medium pot-sized gas burner, and an integrated electric griddle.
The main oven features gas convection with gas broiler offering 14,000 BTU/h and offers 5.7 cubic feet of space, while the auxiliary oven has 3 cubic feet of overall gas cooking space at 8,500 BTU/h. Each oven is outfitted with interior telescopic glide shelves that are fully extractable and allow easy access for pans of any size and dual convection fans.
The manufacturer says consumers have their choice of classic window styling or a wide-screen version for optimal viewing of oven contents. Moreover, the triple-layered glass remains cool to the touch even when the oven is set at 500 degrees; it is also removable for cleaning. Soft-closing oven doors come standard.
“We wanted to add a product to our North American portfolio that would both excite the market and provide every cooking enthusiast, from the culinary professional to the home chef, with one appliance that does it all,” Di Tommaso says. “With the TriFuelT range, we’ve been able to achieve these goals.”
