NAHB Announces Spark Award Winners

spark award winners 2022

Since 2017, the members of the National Association of Home Builders’ Leading Suppliers Council have annually recognized achievements in product innovation from among its membership—which is made up of some of the most influential building product manufacturers and suppliers in residential construction. This recognition comes in the form of the Spark Awards.

The award recipients, of which there is only one overall winner each year, “demonstrate superior knowledge and expertise in developing cutting edge products and services, embrace a progressive outlook and demeanor, and exhibit a willingness to push the envelope,” according to NAHB. Last year’s Spark Award was Eaton, for its WiFi Smart Devices.

Please find below this year’s winner as well as the Council’s two subsequent runners up.

Through the Masonite M-Pwr smartphone app, homeowners can control the door’s light, lock, and video doorbell. Through the use of a “Door State Sensor,” the app also tells users whether the door is open or closed.
