Luxury appliances brand Signature Kitchen Suite has unveiled a new 36-inch range that offers dual-fuel technology, gas and induction cooking, and sous vide technology.
The brand says its the first range of its kind.

Displayed for the first time at the 2020 Kitchen & Bath Industry Show, the new 36-inch follow the brand’s flagship 48-inch dual-fuel pro range with sous vide, induction and gas burners that was introduced at the show last year. The smaller unit packs all the same features into a smaller footprint. Complete with sous vide, induction and two gas burners on same cooktop, this range is designed to help home chefs achieve professional-level results, the brand says.
“A new study conducted by The Research Institute for Cooking & Kitchen Intelligence reveals that kitchen designers have seen increased demand for dual-fuel appliances in the past year and that convection and induction cooking are on the rise,” the brand says in its announcement of the product line. “Signature Kitchen Suite’s new introductions address these needs without sacrificing other favorite cooking methods including sous vide, induction, convection and gas.”
Signature Kitchen Suite says it’s reinvigorating the luxury appliances category and developing products that cater to Technicureans—a new generation of forward-thinking home chefs that the company says are interested in products that offer high-performance and technological advances. The 48-inch and 36-inch range are part of that.

In addition to two induction burners and two gas burners, the range has what the brand calls the industry's first built-in sous vide. Also known as low temperature, long-time cooking, sous-vide is a method of cooking in which food is placed in a plastic pouch or a glass jar and cooked in a water bath for longer than usual cooking times at a regulated temperature.
Signature Kitchen says sous-vide delivers professional-style results every time and capture the full, true flavor of foods. “Once limited to the pros, sous-vide is a cooking technique that utilizes precise temperature control to deliver consistent, restaurant-quality results,” the company says. “Sous-vide has been the go-to method in some of the world’s best restaurants for years, and for good reason: It brings food to the precise temperature chefs look for and delivers perfect doneness, edge-to-edge, every time. Now, with Signature Kitchen Suite, home chefs have the capability to achieve professional-level results and capture the full, true flavor of foods right at home. This brings restaurant-worthy results to steaks, chicken, fish, eggs, vegetables, and much more.”
The 36-inch range also offers 23,000-Btu burners and two Ultra-Low burners that simmer maintain temperatures as low as 100 degrees for delicate sauces and sugary confections. A 6.3-cubic-foot oven combines steam and convection cooking for gourmet results and features a Speed-Clean feature that “makes fast work of cleaning a lightly-soiled oven with just a ten minute cycle, using only water,” the company says. Moreover, the two front burner grates are convertible for round bottom wok cooking.
It will be available in the third quarter of 2020.
