Snaidero Launches Cabinet Lines Aimed at Young, Mature

Venerable luxury Italian cabinet brand Snaidero has unveiled two new kitchen lines—one targeted at consumers with mature tastes and another for those with a penchant for edgy designs.

Venerable luxury Italian cabinet brand Snaidero has unveiled two new kitchen lines—one targeted at consumers with mature tastes and another for those with a penchant for edgy designs.

Internationally known firm Michele Marcon Designs, which has collaborated with the brand in the past, created the two new lines.

“Michele Marcon has continually been one of our most successful collaborations both in terms design and from a marketing standpoint,” Anna Paola, vice president of public relations and advertising for Snaidero USA, says in a statement announcing the lines.

Marcon’s two demographically and stylistically diverse kitchen lines include Opera and Loft.

Opera is intended for more mature tastes and design needs, the company says. Designed for open-plan design, the line is more refined and allows for a more familiar and traditional layout. It also increases the kitchens storage capabilities and functionality. “Opera represents the needs of a more seasoned perspective [and] satisfies simple characteristics that at the same time are strong and very modern,” says Marcon.

Loft, on the other hand, mixes traditional materials with new design and draws upon the trend towards urbanism and the popularity of the renovated warehouse design concept. It includes mixed organic materials such as repurposed wood and metals, the company says.

“Loft corresponds to the natural transgression of the younger generation,” Macon said. “They have traditional roots and respond to warmer materials such as wood, but at the same time they need a design that represents them and offers non-traditional solutions.”
