Inspired by rain showers, the Raindrop chandelier features five canopy-mounted 4-watt LED lights, 60 glass raindrops that hang from stainless steel cables, and a dome-shaped, canopy made from spun aluminum.

It looks like this!

Inspired by rain showers, the Raindrop chandelier features five canopy-mounted 4-watt LED lights, 60 glass raindrops that hang from stainless steel cables, and a dome-shaped, canopy made from spun aluminum.

"The perforated metal scrim of the Raindrop Chandelier diffuses the light from the canopy-mounted LEDs,” says designer Tracy Glover, of Tracy Glover Studio. “Sixty glass raindrops, (shown in Clear glass, Smooth pattern), hang from stainless steel cables off of a 24-inch diameter, dome-shaped, spun aluminum canopy.”

There’s a reason the light costs so much. With an overall height of 9 feet, each made-to-order fixture is hand fabricated in Glover’s Pawtucket, Rhode Island foundry.

Raindrop is customizable in 24 colors, Glover says, so each piece is unique. It’s also available in Lustre, Primavera, and Smooth glass patterns.

It retails $20,000.
