Lowe’s recently announced its acquisition of Maintenance Supply Headquarters, a leading distributor of maintenance, repair, and operations products for builders and renovators of multifamily properties.
The $512 million deal will give Lowe’s the 13 distribution centers owned and operated by Maintenance Supply Headquarters, located across the Southern and Western United States. Maintenance Supply Headquarters, founded in 2006, currently serves customers in 29 different geographic areas with a portfolio of more than 5,300 products for the construction and renovation of multifamily homes.
